Creating a promo video for the Jubilee Music & Arts Festival this summer, we decided to work in a medium we love but don’t get to do very often—stop motion animation. With some imagination and plenty of cardboard, we designed a colorful, stylized interpretation of the Arts District that highlights the aspects that make it a unique and awesome spot for the Jubilee Festival. We especially had fun playing with practical lighting effects to make the streets come to life as it moves from afternoon into evening.
